Sell out and restock products
Mark items, combos and modifiers as sold out per channel and location, for a while or until you restock.

See availability per channel
Open Product library › Availability and choose a location first: availability is read and changed location by location. The table shows each product with its state on each channel: Kiosk, Register, Web and Platforms.
Each cell says Available, Sold out, Sold out until a given time, or At some locations. Use the filters to see only Items, Combos or Modifiers, or only sold-out products.
Sell a product out for a while
In Product library › Availability, click the product's cell on the channel you want and choose how long it stays sold out: 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, Until end of day or Until you restock it. If you choose a time, the product comes back on its own when it ends; Restore now brings it back sooner.
Changes are marked "Unsaved" until you click Save. Discard undoes the pending changes.
Sell out several products at once
In Product library › Availability, select several products and use Sell out on… or Restore on… to pick the channels, or Every channel.
On the Tags tab you sell out every product that shares a tag at once. Add tags to your items, meals or modifiers first.
Sell out from the menu editor
Inside a menu's editor (Product library › Menus) there is also an Availability button, which sells out or restocks any item, combo or modifier per channel and per location. An item's Available switch sells it out or restores it at every location of the menu.
These changes apply immediately and need no publishing: devices refresh on their own. On delivery platforms they apply immediately as sold out.
