Live operations: every location at a glance

Reports › Live board opens Live operations, a self-updating dashboard with one row per location. Each row shows the order flow (Preparation, Awaiting pickup, On the way, Delivered), Orders and Revenue, Courier wait, Reviews and a Score. Choose Last 60 min or Today, sort locations by At risk, Score, Orders, Revenue, Reviews or Name, and use Fullscreen to leave it on a screen in the kitchen or office.

Click a location to open its live orders, or its reviews to read them.

How the score is calculated

The Score in Live operations (Reports › Live board) goes from 0 to 100 and combines four signals: 0.4 × SLA + 0.3 × Speed + 0.2 × Throughput − 0.5 × Incidents.

SLA is the share of active orders within the right time according to your timing rules. Speed compares the average end-to-end time with a 45-minute target. Throughput compares orders per hour with a target of 10. Incidents is the cancellation rate in the chosen window. A low score usually comes from orders going past your timing rules or from cancellations.

A location's live orders

When you open a location from Reports › Live board you see Live orders: a board with the orders from the last 2 hours in columns such as In preparation, Awaiting pickup, On the way, Delivered, Incidents and Completed. Columns lets you choose which ones show, and at the top you have the average times for the last 24 hours: preparation, waiting, delivery and kitchen → customer.

An order moves to Completed (or to Awaiting pickup if it is a delivery) as soon as the kitchen marks it done, including when a KDS station marks it. If you pick another day or range, the board switches to Historical with a table of orders; click Back to live to return.

Setting when an order is late

In Live orders and in Live operations, the Timing rules button sets, per location, how many minutes an order can spend in each column before it turns yellow (Soon) and red (Late). Late must be equal to or greater than Soon. You can copy the setup to all your locations with Apply to all locations (the button shows how many there are), or turn off Enable visualization to see the cards without colours.

These rules also decide which orders count as "on time" in the Live operations Score.
