Menus for delivery platforms
Prepare the menu that reaches Glovo, Uber Eats, Just Eat and Cheerfy and publish it through Sinqro.

What the Platforms page is
Product library › Platforms manages the menus that reach your delivery platforms (Glovo, Uber Eats, Just Eat and Cheerfy) through Sinqro: what is sold on each, its availability and its publishing. The Platforms entry only appears in the menu if your company has an active Sinqro contract.
If Sinqro is not connected yet, the page tells you so with Connect Sinqro to use Platforms; click Go to Integrations to set it up.
Creating the platform menu
The platform menu is based on a menu that already exists in Product library › Menus; if you do not have one yet, create it there first. In Product library › Platforms, click Create platform menu next to the menu you want and choose to import the point-of-sale menu sections to start quickly, or Start from scratch.
While you edit, the preview shows how the menu will look on each platform. Sections can have their own hours; those that do are marked Scheduled.
Saving and publishing to the platforms
In Product library › Platforms, saving the menu and publishing it are separate steps: a menu that is saved but not published is normal, and the platforms do not get your changes until you publish. Each menu shows its status as Published, Unpublished changes or Not published.
Click Publish to platforms and confirm to send the menu to the connected locations. Changes reach the platforms within 5 minutes. If you would rather not publish your edits, use Discard. If publishing fails for some locations, the page tells you how many could not be published.
