Viewing and filtering delivery orders
Delivery › Orders lists your company's delivery orders: on desktop as a table with sortable columns and on mobile as cards. Filter by date, by status (Scheduled, Pending, Accepted, Picked up, In transit, Delivered, Cancelled…) and by provider, and tap an order to see its detail with the route on the map, the items, the dates and the offer.
The list can refresh itself every 30 seconds; the automatic refresh switch turns it on or pauses it, and your choice is remembered. If the list is not changing, check that it is not paused. When several orders travel together on one rider's run, the card says so, for example "Stacked 1/3".
Creating a manual delivery order
In Delivery › Orders, click Create order to record a delivery by hand. The wizard has three steps: Pickup (contact and pickup location), Delivery (address and customer details) and Order (items, size, priority and the offer to the courier).
If you want, schedule the delivery with a date and time: it must be in the future and no more than 7 days ahead, and the calendar warns you about days the venue is closed.
Reassigning an order's rider
In Delivery › Orders, open the rider menu on an order and choose Reassign. The list sorts riders by distance to the pickup point, marks the Closest one, flags those that are Far or Out of area and shows how many orders each one is carrying against their capacity. Pick one and confirm with Yes, reassign.
The order detail keeps every reassignment, with who made it and from which rider to which.
Cancelling a delivery order
In Delivery › Orders, you can only cancel an order while it is Scheduled, Pending or Accepted; once it has been picked up it can no longer be cancelled. Click Cancel, give a reason and confirm with Yes, cancel.
Cancelling is final: the order cannot be reactivated. If you are told you do not have permission to cancel an order, ask your company administrator for access.
