Delivery time and distance

Delivery metrics show delivery time and distance per location and per fleet. Open a location or a fleet to see its own breakdown over the selected dates.

Managing riders

Riders are managed under Delivery › Fleets: invite a courier by email, see their availability and open their profile for performance over time.

Choosing who delivers

Settings › Delivery decides who delivers your orders: the platform's riders, your own staff or an external fleet. A switch that cannot be applied explains why.
