A fleet's metrics

Delivery › Fleets shows each fleet's performance for the period you choose. Select the fleet and you will see Completed orders, Acceptance rate, Cancellation rate, Avg. delivery time, Earnings, Active riders and Distance covered, plus order activity By day or By hour on a heatmap.

Below is the fleet's rider list, with sessions, distance, completed orders, orders per hour, acceptance, average time and status. Click one to see their detail and sessions. Filter by Availability to see who is on Vacation or Absent. Independent riders do not belong to a fleet, so they have no fleet metrics. To create a new fleet, use Create fleet.

Inviting a rider

In Delivery › Fleets, click Invite courier and enter their full name, phone, email and fleet. In Assigned locations you choose which locations they can receive orders from: with no locations they will receive none. Contracted hours per week are informative only, for shift planning.

The rider receives the invitation by email to sign up. If they were already invited, use resend invite; if a rider with that email already exists in your company, they cannot be invited again.

Rider performance

In Delivery › Fleets, each rider is rated by their average delivery time against a range of minutes: Efficient if it is at or below the minimum, Needs improvement if it reaches or exceeds the maximum, and Fair in between. Without any setup, the range is 15 to 30 minutes.

Adjust the ranges in Settings › Performance: set a Default range for every location, create new ranges with a Minimum time and a Maximum time, and assign each location of each merchant to a range. A location can belong to only one range, and its own range takes priority over the default one.

Following riders on the map

Delivery › Tracking shows the real-time location of active riders on a map. The right-hand panel lists each rider with their connection time and session length; expand their card to see their GPS signal, assigned orders and today's earnings, or to call or message them.

Click a rider or an order to see its route on the map, and use the X to clear the selection. With Filters you narrow the list by status, fleet, merchant and zone.
