Broadcasts, automations and audiences

Campaigns is the customer relationship area: build audiences from your customers, send one-off broadcasts, set up automations and design reusable templates. The analytics tab shows opens and clicks per campaign.

Sending domain and deliverability

Before sending from your own domain, verify it in the domains tab; deliverability shows whether your messages are reaching inboxes.
