Seeing a location's reviews
Marketing › Reviews shows the reviews your customers have left. Pick a location with the location selector (with no location chosen, the page asks you to select one) and a date range.
The table lists each review's author, rating, text and date. "Open in Google" opens the original review.
The review figures
Above the list, Marketing › Reviews sums up the chosen period in four figures: "Average rating", "Total reviews", "Positive" and "Need attention". The average rating and the total are compared with the previous period.
A review counts as positive with 4 or 5 stars and as "need attention" with 1 or 2. Three-star reviews are neutral and count in neither figure.
Filtering by rating or searching for a review
In Marketing › Reviews, the "Rating" filter shows only "Positive (4–5 ★)", "Neutral (3 ★)" or "Need attention (1–2 ★)", and the search box finds reviews by author or text.
The filter and the search only narrow the list: the figures at the top still describe every review in the period.
Exporting reviews to CSV
In Marketing › Reviews, "Export CSV" downloads exactly what the list shows: the chosen period, with your search and rating filter applied. For example, to send your team only the reviews that need attention, filter first and export afterwards.
