The customer list
Marketing › Customers lists your customers with their name, tax ID, email, phone, address and creation date. You can search by name, email, phone or tax ID and filter by date range.
Above the table you see five figures: "Total customers", "New customers", "Growth", "With email" and "With phone" (the share of your base you can reach on each channel), compared with the previous period. If you pick no dates, these figures use the month to date, and the period is shown next to the total.
Seeing a customer's invoices and sales
In Marketing › Customers, open a customer's row menu:
- "View invoices" shows the invoices linked to that customer, with their service date, total, taxes and discount.
- "View sales" shows their sales, with how each one was linked to the customer. From there, "Open profile" takes you to their full profile in Campaigns › Contacts.
- "Copy tax ID" and "Copy address" copy those details so you can paste them wherever you need.
Exporting customers or subscribers to CSV
In Marketing › Customers and Marketing › Subscribers, the "Export CSV" button downloads a file with every record matching your search and dates, not just the page on screen. If the list has 1,200 customers spread over many pages, the file holds all 1,200.
The subscriber list
Marketing › Subscribers (also reachable from the "Subscribers" button on Customers) lists your subscribers with their name, email, subscription, status and creation date. At the top it sums up the total, the active ones, those active this month and the new ones.
You can filter by status ("Active", "Inactive", "Canceled", "Suspended" or "Past due"), search for a subscriber and narrow by date range.
