Locations and opening hours
Add, edit or disable your locations and set their opening hours.

Adding or editing a location
Settings › Locations lists all your locations, with their address and status. Press "Add location" to create a new one: the form goes step by step through General information (name and description), Scheduling, Address (location type, street, city, province and postal code) and Contact (email, phone, website and social media).
To change an existing location, open its row menu and choose "Edit".
Disabling or deleting a location
In Settings › Locations, each row's menu offers two different options:
- "Disable": the location is no longer available for menus, devices or team access, but it keeps its configuration and you can enable it again whenever you want.
- "Delete": the location stops existing, together with all of its configuration.
If you are only closing a location for a while, disable it instead of deleting it.
Editing opening hours
Settings › Workdays edits the opening hours of every location from one place. Choose one or more locations with the location selector. For each day you can add one or more time ranges ("Add time range"), mark it "Closed" or group days that share the same hours ("Add schedule"). If a range ends after midnight, mark it "Next day". Press "Save workdays".
If you pick several locations, saving applies the schedule to all of them; a day marked "Differs across locations" currently has different hours in those locations.
Why opening hours affect your reports
Opening hours are not just information: the reports use them as each location's active hours. The per-hour figures in the Operations report (such as sales per hour) and the time-window shortcuts in the filters come from them.
A location with no hours counts as zero open hours, so its per-hour figures come out distorted. If a per-hour figure looks wrong, check Settings › Workdays first.
