Billing, taxes and payouts

Seeing your plan and usage

Settings › Billing shows your "Current plan" (the plan, its monthly fee, add-ons and contract term, if any) and the period's "Current usage": completed orders, completed deliveries, transactions, SMS sent and AI credits. Each meter shows how much you have used against what your plan includes, or whether it is pay per use.

You can pick a date range to see the quantities for those days; the amounts still correspond to the whole period. Below, "Cost breakdown" and "Accrued cost" split the period total by line item. If you see "No billing plan yet", usage is still tracked and charges apply once a plan is active.

Downloading your Platomico invoices

In Settings › Billing, the "Invoice history" section lists your invoices and pro formas from previous periods, with their period, amount and status ("Issued" or "Pro forma"). Press "Download" on the row you need.

These are Platomico's invoices to your company; the invoices you issue to your customers live elsewhere in the dashboard.

Setting up taxes

Settings › Taxes comes with the common VAT rates already prepared (4%, 10% and 21%). Use the ones you need or press "Create tax" to add your own with its name, rate, country, NIF and currency. The taxes you create here are the ones you can then apply to your products.

To change or remove a tax, use "Edit" or "Delete" on its row. Deleting a tax cannot be undone.

Where you get paid

Settings › Payouts shows the details your payouts use: "Business details" (name, country, NIF and currency) and "Bank account" (payout recipient and IBAN).

Payouts are managed in Stripe. To update your bank account, recipient details or verification, press "Continue in Stripe".
