Developers: API keys, MCP and webhooks

Create API keys, connect an AI assistant over MCP and configure webhooks.

Updated on October 8, 2026

API keys

Settings › Developers › API keys issues keys for your own integrations. Copy a key when it is created: it is shown only once.

Connecting an AI assistant (MCP)

Settings › Developers › MCP shows how to connect an AI assistant, such as Claude, to Platomico with an API key. The assistant acts with that key's role and permissions; destructive actions wait for a person to approve them.

Webhooks

Webhooks send an event to your own endpoint when something happens, such as a new order. Configure them under Settings › Developers › Webhooks.
